Privacy Policy
Registration
When you register for our service, we collect information to help identify you. Your registration information may include your username and email address. Depending on how you sign up, it may also include identity tokens from 3rd-party authorization services such as Google, Facebook, and Apple. Our site employs banking-grade security standards such as TLS and cipher keys to ensure that any registration data you provide to us is encrypted while in transit between your device(s) and our servers.
Personal Information
We collect optional personal information to help improve your experience. This information may include your name and/or demographics such as your location, gender, ethnicity, etc. Provision of this information is at your discretion. You can review and modify this information on your profile page. You may use alias information to protect your identity if you wish.
You may also record "Satisfaction Scores" and "Wellness Activities" using our platform. Satisfaction Scores include evaluations of your life satisfaction and/or specific life domains such as your mood. Wellness Activities include periodic check-ins for activities you complete such as eating, sleeping, exercise, or self-care.
Our service allows you to disclose any information that you voluntarily provide to providers, individuals, or the community. If you choose, you may share personal Satisfaction Scores, Wellness Activities, and data related to specific sessions with providers. It is your decision to start or stop sharing your data at any time. If you choose to stop sharing with an individual, your data will immediately no longer be available to those individuals. Once sharing is stopped with providers or the community, any data you shared will be de-identified and that anonymous data will become part of aggregate, anonymous community data.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used to identify you and present your unique account information to you. For example, when you enter your Satisfaction Scores and/or Wellness Activities, we use that information to create your charts and analytics. If you are a service provider, your session data may be displayed in a personal dashboard. The system may also provide you analytics about that data visible only to you and additional services based upon that data. Participation in any additional service will be at your discretion.
Anonymized data may be disclosed in aggregated form publicly or to third parties. When this is done, no personally identifying information is ever disclosed. This aggregate de-identified information may be disclosed to other users of the site or to current or potential business partners.
Our system may also collect personal and aggregate usage information, such as page views and clickstream data. This data is used for service improvement, further product development, or other purposes related to Healify’s business.

If you reach out to us for support we may request additional information from you in order to respond to your questions or comments. You may request to opt-out of communications by contacting us at [email protected]. "Opting-Out" means that you will be removed from all future e-mailings and you will not be contacted.
